Music-Age: Awful Touring Partners

I hate it when bands I like tour with awful bands. Absolutely hate it. I hated when Eisley toured with New Found Glory, although I don't despise NFG. I just don't think they fit.

But I just found out yesterday that Coheed & Cambria is touring with Slipknot. Opening for them. Now, I know a lot of people who don't like Co&Ca because they don't like Claudio's voice...but overall I think they are a pretty good, creative band. But Slipknot? Opening for Slipknot? Ew. Slipknot shouldn't even exist anymore. Vomit.

Do you like minimalist, tightly-focused webdesign with cross-browser compatibility at competitive rates? Well, so do I, and I'd like to make a site that suits your needs. I've done business sites, band sites, fansites, and more; I love pushing my creative boundaries with sites for varied purposes. (A recording studio site and a photographer's portfolio are currently in the pipeline.)

Check out saellys.com for more information, and e-mail hannah@saellys.com for a personalized quote.

At last... It was meant to be released march or april last year, but kept on being pushed back. She was featured in Q mag at the begining of the year in the "albums to look for this year" thing... she made it... just...

So I bought it a couple of days ago.

It's meh.

I like it, and some of the tunes are catchy, but if you're not really a fan there's not much point in getting it... because there's nothing new that can't really be found on either of her first two albums. I might give Life for Rent a spin again.

It's a good chillout album. Weird that i'm getting into the disc at a time when, had i not had a faith in god, my heart would've been broken!
