so, hurricane Ike hit us this weekend. and he wasn't too nice of a guy. we evacuated the day before it hit, so we weren't actually here when it happened. I'm glad now that we did too. our trees in the back yard were blown down, so were our fences. there's debris all over the streets, and our power has been out since Friday. there saying it could be another two weeks til the power gets back on, but hopefully it won't be too much longer. who would have known how freakin amazing air conditioning is?? I guess you just don't realize until you don't have it.
anyways, I have some pictures of the damage, but I'm on my iphone right now (it's the only reason I have internet at all, I love this phone). even if my computer had batteries, there's no wifi. but anyways, I'll be sure to post the pictures as soon as we get power back. or those of you who are friends with me on facebook, a few pictures are on there in my mobile uploads. and if your not friends with me there, ask to be my friend and I'll accept you. I update that way more than this anyways, so that's a good way to see what's up with me if you want.
okay, well I'm gonna go continue to clean all the junk out of our yard.

okay, so i got internet now. we still didn't get power, im just using someone else's internet. well here's those pictures.
part of our backyard, trees and things fell obviously, nothing was too badly damaged though. other than our fence. and some of our luscious backyard gardendry.

some of our siding got ripped off also.

the problem is i'm not very good at working it. i think i've done pretty
well so far... there are definitely some things that confuse me though.
but i know how to respond to "wall" comments and messages. and i know
how to block those dumb application things.. you can talk to me on there though if you want.

oh... hey whats up...
i know i've been posting a LOT lately. so i thought i'd give yall a little
break from myself.... okay, so that's a total lie. sorry. i've just been here at home, soakin up the good life, y'know. or maybe you don't. but really i haven't been doing much. buuuuut, i'm officially done with high school! crazy right? i know, i'm getting pretty old... so old that i didn't even have to get out of the pool the other day when they called for "adult swim". it was great. totally took me by shock though... i was like "aw dangit... i have to get out of the pool now" (when you're used to something for 18 years, it just comes naturally), but then i realize... I DON'T HAVE TO GET OUT. so cool..
oh... and i went sky diving too.
