death cab/okgo 11.30.06

i went to a death cab show last night. that band
okgo was opening. you know the one with that cool
video on the treadmills? hah, im sure you do. every
one does. anyways. lots of my friends and family
are fans of both bands. and i had a ticket, so i
went.
it was a really good show. i had never seen either
of the two bands before. i wasnt really sure what
to expect. but, the cutie boiz put on a really good
show. the sound was very good, and they played
a lot of songs off their previous album. which was
my favorite... ha, i was particularly impressed with
their light show. not to take away from their musical
part, which was good too. but the lights were awesome.
there was this guy standing next to me (the venue was
seated). he was a slightly older guy, but not really old.
and he showed no signs of emotion during the show,
except for the few random times he would let out this
really funny sounding "nnniceeeee.' hahah. it was funny.
but thats all he had to say about it.
anyways, thats all ive been up too. today were putting
up christmas decorations in our house. im always
kind of grinchy when setting up christmas stuff. but once
its all up i do like it. not the music though, most christmas
music gets on my nerves.
...except for the fog breathers. best friggin christmas album
you've ever heard.
