The Winter Song
They're playing the Winter Song. (!!!) Ok. so I'm excited; I haven't heard that song live since 1842 when...I remember it well... I was walking, it was snowing... there were snowflakes on my lashes...I was passing by lit windows; people inside were waving from the glow. I was walking and singing this song..."

La La, La-La... (ok, you get the point).

And what happens when you walk in the snow? Your feet get cold. So they're playing "Sun Feet" too. That's another favorite of mine... recorded, but unreleased. (sad face)

Busyness I'm gonna be a bissy, busy, bizzie, businessy boid these coming weeks. My juggling act will now include not only rusty chain saws and spiked bowling balls, but light savors.

Sherri has been getting lots of encouragement (from you guys and family and others) to make some actual prints (like, high quality) of her new artwerks and to get them online. SO.... who, but dear ole (i'm not gonna say it) is more than excited and eager to volunteer to help build a artsy fartsy site for her. (and then, I have to volunteer friends... ha ha, because STORES are lunch eating.)

I am actually looking forward to digging into some rich design work plus can open Flash 8 combined with GoLive CS-2, which is now completely integrated with the others in the family: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (these programs I am well versed in.... but am very very digging GoLive over DreamWeaver because of "smart objects" and "Bridge"!!! and about "Version Cue". As always, Adobe rules. I'm also fond of MacroMedia as well... cuz Flash is... there's no words for how wonderful flash is. (shut up gRegor. you and Thomas need Mac's for Christmas... just because Mark says you can throw PC's across the room is no reason to buy in. Time to buy in... to Apple! Mark, that blonde mane can be made into a pony-tail easily.)

Ok. I was gonna say more, but I lost 2 hrs of concocting this....because i timed out and screwed up. Gotta get to sleep. night. See ya'll tomorrow!

BTW... keep voting. we were up in the game but started losing the battle to Ash! (it's ok if we don't win... ) NOT. are you kidding? Suffer defeat after we were on top? No WAY. jk. not. jk. I'm a troubled man. goodnite.

boyd

The show was awesome! Too bad Sherri was losing her voice Crying or Very sad

I was planning on shouting for the Winter Song, but to my suprise (I wasn't on here in a few days) they played it! And Sun Feet! And Mr. Pine! Such a good setlist. The venue kinda made it feel like they were a high school band... a very talented high school band. I liked it, it was different.

p.s. The new t shirts are awesome.

Missed you guys again! One day. One day, I'll see you. I must be the only person who comes here who hasn't gotten to see them live and that makes me a sad, sad loser.

Ash is from Ireland.
And terrible.
I saw them open for U2 in Zürich.
Could have been why I thought they were terrible, but... still..

I definitely had a blast at the show. I know Sherri said "Sun Feet" was an early Christmas present for someone else, but it was definitely an early Christmas present for me. Thanks for putting on a great show and feel better Sherri.
