Road Update
Senseless, my dry eyes attempt it
I've been working non stop trying to catch up on images. I have a mammoth plethera to spew out the digital blow-hole... in the morning. Tonight, my eyes are so dry, it feels like someone used my eyeballs for sandpaper and then sprayed hydrochloric skunk juice into my eye holes.

We're in Tulsa finally. Dinner and a movie in Oklahoma City slowed us down a bit, eseciially since we blew off the movie. I got a hair cut and a birthday present for my little Christie who just turned 16 today. That's freankin' my brain out. (freaNkin'. yes)

Tomorrow should be interesting. Cains Ballroom - historic club for country and western artists like Patsy Cline. awesome. Bob's sold out so they moved it up to a 600 cap set up in the big room. I know there were 350+ advance sales a few days ago, so maybe we'll have 500 or so if we're good and the sun is shining. I don't know what to expect from you crazy Oklahomians. I mean... I didn't even know you cared. Now I do. It's quite amazing. We go thru Arizona every time we tour and there were less than 200 in Tucson... but here the band plays a market for the first time and this?!! 'splain it to me... Is it becuz Dallas is like 6 hrs away? Perhaps. i dunno.
Sad news. John Alderman's (our monitor/stage guy/driver guy) Aunt was crtically injured in a car wreck this evening. His mom was in the car but survived with 9 staples in her head and is doing fine. His aunt is in serious, serious condition and may not make it. Either way, John will probably be leaving the tour, thus leaving a huge gap in our crew/funcionality. We'll survive and are more concerned about him and his family than anything else.
