So I was standing in line for a cool ride known as Acrophobia at Six Flags Over Georgia...and I hear a familiar tune playing over the loudspeakers. I couldn't pick it out at first, so I looked around, trying to find out where it was coming from...then finally I saw this hanging TV monitor at the end of the row playing none other than the music video for Telescope Eyes! I went nuts and told my two friends that were standing beside me and they just kinda looked at me strange. Just thought I'd share...probably the *LAST* place I would have expected to see some Eisley. Where are some of the weird places you've heard/seen Eisley? |

that is REALLY weird because usually the videos they play at our six flags in houston (which is closing by the way, sad, i guess ill have to ride grease lightnin for the last time ever) are usualyl really crappy stuff or just weird things.. sometimes not even music videos. bottom line theyre not entertaining. and if i was in your shoes id probably be excited too. i <3 themeparks |

i saw them broken down on the side of the road once. i was going to turn back and offer to help but there weren't any exits for a long time. i also saw them in borders once. _________________ when we break, we'll wait for our miracle. god is a place where some holy spectacle lies. when we break, we'll wait for our miracle. god is a place you will wait for the rest of your life. -neutral milk hotel |

i always smile when my guitar students want to learn eisley songs. for instance, last week, a new student came in and we were just discussing her goals and she said, "i would really like to learn this song by a band called eisley. it's called telescope eyes. you've probably never heard of them though." it was great. |
