Did you ever notice the lack of attention each song gets? Personally, those are my two favourites, and they don't often get much attention. _________________ my name's carrie and i love a good sandwich so if you have a sandwich, come roll with me! i'm gonna marry the mars volta. |

Tree Tops happens to be my absolute favorite. I guess people just know it's too good and silently agree on its utter superiority... ... or we can just talk about it here. Anyway, that song brings this really euphoric feeling whenever I hear it. It's just the of the all of a sudden tide of guitars, the kind of playful, brilliantly child-like keys, and those really great, confidence inducing lyrics. It's just a really great rock song and I was really bowled over the first time I heard it. Gah, I love that song! I truly cannot say anything bad about it. And about the Winter Song, the imagery is perfect. My absolute favorite thing about Eisley is the fact they can (I don't know if I can explain this right) turn music into this almost visual thing. Both the lyrics and the actual music create this little scene for me. You can just totally imagine being in this wintery dream-world with this song (and Mr. Pine). It's completely wonderful. I'm kind of rambling, but these songs really do need some appreciation. |

I like Winter Song better than Tree Tops. But Tree Tops is great. _________________ http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=KevinNaaaaaa |

I loves these songs. Tree Tops was the first Eisley song I really got into. It really hit home at that time of my life (all those almost one years ago ...). Anyway, great songs. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I've said this a jillion times, but for the sake of newer friends, Chris Martin begged them to put it on the full length..and used to sing it all eerie during Coldplay's warm up just to humor the band... it was great. bd _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. My favorite song is "I Wasn't Prepared." When I say that around here, I get funny looks. _________________ Scriptozoology, a screenwriting blog .. Facebook |
