First of all it seems every few days someone is posting details about a new festival.Don't you guys get sick of crappy 40 minute outdoor sets,waiting all day to hear one or two bands,having to sit or stand through some awful bands,drunks who have been there all day etc... get in a club and see the real thing,to me theres nothing like a small packed club with the band going nuts for 90-120 minutes _________________

I prefer clubs. I've been to one festival and one club. I went with the middle option though, cause I'm protected. festivals blow. though I did see eisley for the first time at a festival ... unless you live in the middle of nowhere and that is your only way to see a good portion of the acts, avoid festivals. they blow. _________________ "It's the new golden fact." |

I'd rather be at club shows... of course... but occasionally I'll go to a festival, just to see several bands I really like at once and also have access to see bands that I maybe wouldn't go see individually- and hopefully discover something wonderful and new to love! But oh yeah, clubs are way better. _________________ thanks to the works of stephen colbert, the population of elephants has tripled in the past 10 years. |

I don't like large crowds. I mean as a person. I love them for the bands. But as a person, the fewer people I'm around, the better.
