hullo evuh-re-one, it's just about midnight (LA time) and i'm sitting in the studio lounge being pretty bored...there's not much to do when someone else is recording their parts...which, chauntelle is doing guitar stuff right now. jon's shooting some attemted pool (i think he's the only one who really knows how to play), and he's singing along to some pedro the lion, (which i am playing in itunes)...weston was pouting about being bored so, stacy drug him off to drink some milk out of paper cups in the kitchen.... the best thing about this studio is that they restock the milk everyday and it's this wonderful milk in glass bottles...it's quite amazing...ohno...weston is back and he's seducing the pool table....not good. we can't fit anymore pool tables in here. i've been watching old movies all day on "turner classic movies"...i haven't had much to do but a few guitar parts...which is fine because i hate tracking guitars *shudder*...i'm just no good at it...but anyways, i've been reading and drawing and taking pictures a lot...i've got some photography ideas for the band out of all this sitting about though...so that's good. i'm listening to this bjork song called "unravel" and it makes me cry everytime...it's amazing. it's on homogenic, you should all hear it. oh, they actually need me now...something about "trolley wood"...'til next time, and thank you for liking our band. love always, sherri _________________ "Strange I'm skinny when I'm standing but I'm Buddha when I sit" -Say Anything My dumb photos for fun. http://flickr.com/photos/photostoshare1/ A bit of the art... http://www.flickr.com/photos/sherrisink/ Older art... http://img23.photobucket.com/albums/v68/slitgizzard/ArtWork/ |

When I first got married (10 short years ago *cough cough*) and before I had my own studio my wife wouldn't want to be home alone and so she would come into the studio and sit for hours night after night... sometimes she had to endure listening to them tweak a drum part for hours on end. It can be hard to just sit there... but yet exciting at the same time. It can also be easy to get sick of the songs after hearing them a thousand times... somtimes just little snippets of a song over and over.... but we are all excited for you and what will come out of these sessions. -Spinney |

Just remember next time your REALLY bored, and the guy behind the glass thinks your not getting something right for the 10000000000th time, if you where not there doing that your would be at home, REALLY bored, having your mom tell you your room is not clean. Oh yeah, that and remember all the poor kids in china that don’t get to drink fresh milk out of paper cups. good luck, God bless, sound great! ^_^ totally, Lum _________________ Who ever said “it’s better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all†must have loved deeply. |

I hope y'all aren't drinking milk before going in the studio to record vocals!?! It coats your vocal cords and will mess you up. (any dairy product does this). But yeah, as a reward for finishing your part - mmmmmmilk _________________ This space intentionally left blank. |

ohhh.....i like that Bjork song too.......it was on my movie soundtrack but it got cut.......just doesn't fit with the story.....well actually i found a better, trippier Beach Boys song that fits.......it's a daydream scene that involves walking on the ceiling and running around a fan and stepping outside and flying through the air.......hard to explain milk hates me. i like it, but it hates me. what can i do? be tolerant of the lactose intolerant. milk shakes.pizza.ice cream. oh how i miss thee. let me count the ways.......or get a Lactaid Ultra _________________ I am Torgo.
