Hey kids! I'm Shawn from sunny, hurricaney (and currently FREEZING!) Orlando. I work in the music dept at Barnes and Noble and we've had the new album on the playlist for a couple of weeks now. In fact, we were down to just one copy of it yesterday!! One lady even went in to buy the new Pat Metheney album, but nabbed "Room Noises" instead!! I wish i could take credit for that one, but it was all about the amazing music playing on the PA. Good good things. Eisley, you're all beautiful. Thanks for the incredible music!!!! _________________ "I am a writer, a writer of fictions I am the heart that you call home I've written pages upon pages Trying to rid you from my poems" -The Decemberists |

Welcome! From now on, you are going to receive "Clive Owen" and "Owen Wilson" comments from me ... because that's what I think of when I hear the name Owen. And I apologize for it. _________________ If the end of the world has proper noodles I'll probably be okay with it. |

Hi, I heard about Eisley less than a week ago through a friend's xanga, and I was immediately hooked. I made her buy a copy for me since I didn't have a ride (she ended up buying three) and I was so so happy with it. Ecstatic. It's funny because I made my friends listen to it, and after "Memories" she fell in love with them. She heard it during lunch, and bought it during her free seventh. And now she's running around my school, trying to get everyone to listen. She even persuaded my Econ teacher to let her play it in class. |

Hello. Elly's just my nickname, I live around St Louis and I want to be a booker (okay, maybe me, maybe someone close) (There's just a venue in town and the college theatre to book so far, but meeting people and trying to break into St Louis) or a writer (I'm a little bit published, and I'm majoring in English, but I doubt myself so hard about writing) or a physicist (I am intensely interested in superstring and M-theory and I'm considering changing majors and ditching writing for a try at a research job) or a rock star (I wish) for a living. There's a little radio station south of here that's been playing Eisley for me for my entire college career thus far, and I'm here to see if Eisley (you guys) have a show in STL so I can meet them (you) and see if they (you) are cool. I'm a bit out of sync with the punk of late and my musical tastes fall more in indie and acoustic stuff. I'm nineteen, I'm a guy born in Alabama who's lived in half a dozen countries and states and been through many more. Live in Illinois, lived longer in Japan. Grew up moving alot and I'm mostly introverted, but with the music scene I'm stepping into lately, I'm growing from that. I go to Uni at Edwardsville despite my thirty ACT, I'm just so lazy about actual school. I'm teaching myself Japanese to go with the German and Latin and other $#@! I've picked up in my travels and I pride myself mostly in my worldliness and brains and writing abilities. Recap: St louis fan, longwinded, self-centered. |

Hey, my name is Madeline. I've liked Eisley for a while but I'm new here. (I never got around to visiting their website before.) Anyway, I enjoy playing the violin, reading, and sleeping late. I'm a classical musician, so we tend to sometimes be a little snobbish about non-classical music, but my interests in music extend quite far. I really think the members of Eisley are very talented at what they do. Anyway, I've already talked too much. _________________ A star danced, and under that was I born. ~William Shakespeare~ |

Ah, well, if anybody is brave enough to go to the very last page & read who's new, I say hello to you. I've been listening to Eisley a year & 2 months. Yippee! & I'm liking the new layout thing going on. _________________ .But I'm nothing so good, no I'm nothing. .Just bones, a lonely ghost burning down songs. <34235636347 |
