You are quite lucky if you managed to miss the speedo. Ugh. yeah, i'm lucky this time, but unfortunately, the last time i saw them, he showed the crowd his bare bottom. so you are, in fact, the lucky one. _________________ we came here on a plane just a bunch of little boys |

I must say, I am disheartened to hear that anyone would get excited to see Eisley play their last song. It's embarassing as an NFG fan to hear things like that. But, I want to promise everyone here that we are not all like that. There are a lot of us who actually love Eisley, and are looking forward to seeing them at our respective shows. As a matter of fact, Eisley opening for them was definitely the thing that won me over for driving three and a half hours to see them in Albuquerque. I knew I couldn't miss seeing two of my favorite bands together. I really wish more people had respect for Eisley. I also hate to hear that it's NFG fans who are doing that stuff. I don't want anyone getting a bad taste for NFG or their fans in their mouths because of this, but by the looks of this board, it already has happened. Just know that there are fans of Eisley who also love NFG. And, I for one, would never dream of disrespecting the band. Ever. Even if they weren't my cup of tea. Anyone who can get up there and do what they do is awesome in my book. So, I'm sorry guys. Don't hate everyone for the actions of a crappy few. |

Don't hate everyone for the actions of a crappy few. i said the same thing... and I whole-heartedly agree with you about the respect thing. I would NEVER dare to boo or do what the fans did to Eisley. It is embarrassing and ridiculous... I felt really bad too, and Sherri did say something like "Don't sound too excited" and it was obvious they were all upset about it because they walked off stage and all looked at the floor. The NFG guys are wonderful to them and it's so disheartening to see that NFG fans can be like that. I'm a huge NFG fan and it's just really onboxious to hear that people are this rude. So not all of us are pretentious assholes... but the crowd was really young and very immature (I found...) but whatever. Eisley needs to realize that they are 10 times better than the fans because they're making something of themselves... and doing what they love. haha, it angers me each time I think about this. |

Wow, I've been to many concerts where different types of music were played, but noone ever did anything rude. The rudest thing I've seen was at an Atreyu/The Used concert in Houston where after Atreyu left and the Used came on, these 3 guys started booing and threw sweaty shirts up there. It was funny, though, because Bert picked up the shirt, asked if we dared him to smell it, and smelled the pit. Then they started laughing about it on stage. But that's just 3 guys who did it. I don't know how many were involved in the whole cheering-for-Eisley-leaving fiasco, but if it was a small enough group I might have gotten myself into a fight (not because I'm a violent person, but because concerts with good music pump up your adrenaline)...lol so I might have taken a few hits in the name of all that is Eisley. But anyway, waiting for Eisley to come to houston or New Orleans so I can go. (I'm only 15 and I live at the bottom of louisiana, so i can't drive to concerts by myself and none of the drivers in my family would drive for over a few hours to go see a 'silly rock concert'.) Wow, I talk too much... o well you liked reading it, admit it |
