Golly, Poster

I've been waiting a long time to see these guys and gals, so when the opportunity of the BtBT came around, I was sincerely stoked. Add some Reggie in there?! Sold.

I'm a driver's permitted 16 year old, so I can't drive by myself *legally Wink*... My mom is my last resort to wheels because none of my friends want to go see any of the bands (forshame..) but she doesnt want to take me!!
I live in Texas and due to the city I'm in, I can go to San Antonio, Houston And Corpus.. Dallas is just too far Sad. Corpus is so close though..it'd be perfect!! But noo...

What can I possibly say to her to get her to think about taking/dropping me off? I mean, I wont drop to the ground in a screaming fit if I dont get my way; I just want one last chance to make an impression in her to hear beautiful music....

Anyone?

well, I'd say a good ol' knife to the throat threat, but most people wanna keep the relationship they have with their parents in tact, so I'd say, bribe her with free chores, mowing the lawn, Cleaning the entire house, sweeping, vacuuming, that sorta thing...just a thought

Offer to do housecleaning for a week, or even a month. Something mundane and annoying, but necessary. Is it really that big a deal for her to drop you off?

I thought this was about Jane Austen's novel.
