Posted: Sun May 22, 2005 4:49 am I am not much into computer forums, but I just wanted to say a special hello to the band members and their parents.I am 53 years old, residing in the Dallas,TX. suburban area.I am a pretty good amatuer guitar player, and of course grew up on the Beatles and 70s music, but I am always listening to all kinds of new music.I go to Tower Records here in Dallas often, and I listen to the new music headphone stations.I have a great ear for melody, creativity, and song writing, and when I heard the RoomNoises cd for the first time,I had to buy it immediately.I love just about every song on it and still after a couple of months I listen to it a lot.I am very impressed by the songwriting and instumentation, and especially the vocal harmonies. Please keep up the great work, dont give up,and keep pushing yourselves to explore your creativity more and more.I also think it is wonderful that your parents support you so much, and to them,I say keep up the love and support with positive encouragement.Your children have fantastic talent, and I hope for greater success for all of you,and that God will bless your whole family. I plan to see the band at the Gypsy Tea Room concert here in Dallas on 7-7-05,and maybe if possible I will get to say hello to some of you,but above all, keep putting out the music so we can all here more. Take care, Larry Dixon[/u] |
