hmm.. i didn't know. I like the idea of having t-shirts available... would
have to talk to the powers that be. I don't want to hurt anyone's
feelings... but it's probably something we'd need to look after centrally -
i.e. entities that create brands manage the brand - (the look, the concept,
the touch points, commerce). etc.

Income streams from entities have to go to the person/persons/creators
(in this case, the institution of Eisley) and%'s to the investors that fund
support them. Even if there are no profits generated, per se', Starbucks
or Panera Bread or The Beatles would be the ones creating ancillary
products to market, not their customers.

I wish it wasn't so business-like and all, but it is. I'll check into it... but if
we want Laughing City T shirts, - we'd probably rip off the my existing
design/brand (see above header graphics) to keep it consistent and print
them like always, keeping management, business managers and agent in
the loop - as well as profit structure... or at least give them the option.
It's only right. Perhaps we can sell it at a reduced cost to make it
affordable.

I'm not [i]the man[i]. But eisley is on a big label; Some aspects of this
are pure business... "by the book" so to speak. In all of this, the band is
very po'. It's all risk... sweat equity and working hard to hopefully get to
survive, keep making music and one day, pay their bills. Right now, I'm
the sole breadwinner - when touring stops, so does income stream for
even me! It's a miracle that we've even survived up to this point. ha ha...

Thanks. sorry for such a long answer. please tell boardies not to see us
as T-shirt nazi's. boyd

How about this?

We design a forum-approved stencil, and we make our own shirts, ghetto style. Very Happy
