However, a band with two bassists... you might be on to something. Very Happy

Can you imagine how crazy the 'Bass Booster' option on CD players would go if bands started having two bass players?

If they all wanted to play bass, a la Spinal Tap, I'd dig it. Laughing

I could see at an Eisley show in Tyler or Dallas, Jon coming on stage and playing a song with them, but Garron would probably either sit out or play something else.

On U2's Live At Slain Castle DVD, in the special features, they show them recording/working on The Unforgettable Fire. Bono and Larry were both playing basses. It was interesting.

There used to be a band in KC called Aerialuxe (members of Nasa's Little Secret) that had two bassists. It was awesome.

Wow!

I didn't know Bono could play any musical instruments

He always just stands there.

I always thought it would be cool to have 2 bassists... like some bands and 3 or more guitars

I think Bono used to play guitar more, then the Edge got better than him. Or something like that. I know he uses it to write songs, and he probably plays some on the recordings.
