oooh, you're talking about the Rickenbacker (or Richenbacher, depending on where you're from) 360 in jetglo. That model has been around since the late 50's, and was made famous by the Beatles. It's got a kick ass jangly sound. Like a telecaster or esquire with tons of reverb and chorus. _________________ I shot the Sheriff And the deputy I'm one up on Marley |

I was on the site the other day and a Rickenbacker 360 Jetglo was over $1,600. ....yes, that is expensive...(to me at least) |

Especially when you consider what you're getting for the money. Rickenbacker guitars are some of the best sounding in existance. Edit: Oh, and a Rickenbacker 360 does not cost over $1600. You just saw the list price more than likely. Some companies don't want dealers to display the actual prices on the websites. You just have to email them for it. _________________ Thistledown |

1600 isn't bad for an American made in almost anything. I wish I had 1200 so I can get that dang stupid American Fender Jazz Bass. _________________ my name's carrie and i love a good sandwich so if you have a sandwich, come roll with me! i'm gonna marry the mars volta. |

you can get them for far far far far less. i was THIS close to getting a 330-12 in fireglo for like 900 used in pristine condition. i really am pissed at myself for not doing it because now there's no way i'll be able to afford that for a while. at this point i'm just dreaming of the cadillac green falcon or 6120. oh gretsch. _________________ knives don't have your back. |
