I posted in the music thread on another forum and mentioned Eisley (several times actually Rolling Eyes )
I didn't get much of a response until one girl wrote back just recently:

" Brooke...you've got me hooked on Eisley. I wasn't sure about them on the first listen. But as you said...they grow on you. I've listened to all the songs they have on their site and on Myspace. I usually don't like that many bands with girls as lead singers just because I love guys with good voices. But I really like Eisley for some reason. Thanks. "

Yes!
I love how Eisley has this uncanny ability to reel in the most unsuspecting, unlikely fans.
And it always thrills me to spread the word. Very Happy

but, Thanks for spreading the word.

Oh, do!
I also like being thrown off.

One person responded and was like "I'm listening to Telescope Eyes now. It's an okay song, but nothing too great."

And I was thinking, If only she could listen to Memories or One Day I Slowly Floated Away, that would blow her awayyyyy!
Telescope Eyes is catchy but does not capture the brilliance of Eisley very well.

'My Lovely' should SO be up on the myspace page, although I would enjoy being thrown off as well Laughing

Someone should change the thread title to "how rude of Boyd to think we don't like being thrown off".

I dig that idea. I don't know why, but that song has always stuck with me as one of my Eisley-favorites.
