dial r for revenge

i did wonder why, when entering the laughing city today, i tripped over a large group of people sitting on their hands.
now i know.

"dial" in Welsh means "revenge". If a welsh speaker enters an English phone booth, having paid the coin/phone card the next command the l.e.d screen throws at the customer is "revenge!" thus setting the tone for a confrontational conversation.

Oh my god....SO....FUNNY! If I weren't at work, I'd probably laugh out loud. Stupid corporate envoirnment where laughing is frowned upon.

no, it's not like that... i WANT to tell you guys everything, but oft' - i have a gag order. I do NOT enjoy it. I'd tell you guys everything. But most of the time, it's for a good reason. Like... if i announce something and it doesn't happen, I have this mess to clean up. You guys would sorta forgive me, but you'd never forget it. And since I first heard of this "whatever", it moved from a yellow light to an almost green light... to a big green light... then to a red light... and now it's a maybe green light again. So you see? I'm still might have to make up some story. But I won't.

So, you wanna know what it is?

Eisley has already learned 6 new songs!!
nah... that's not really it. But that's good,
ehh? Talk about sitting on hands.. it's ME.
I can't keep still. (silent scream)

That is a GOOD guess. I like it. I was going to throw meaningless speculation into this thread earlier tonight but thought twice about it. But I like your idea!

i'm really not trying to play head games with you lovely peeple's. you deserve more than this... i think i'll know something by the time it will have been ridiculous for me to post this thread... either that or it'll be too late.
