I chose John Lennon, but it might just be that I highly prefer his vocals. I also prefer his solo work as well, though.

George Harrison's songs always seem to be my favorite, but he obviously didn't do as much as the other two (who, by the way, I cannot choose between.)

I would have to say Paul. His lyrics and melodies are just a lot more up beat than John, especially in their solo stuff.
