So, I was really bored earlier. This made me decide to take an old song of mine and make it a bit more upbeat and happy and almost dance-y. Go listen and let me know what you think!!! Mind you, this was done in about 2 hours. Nearly everything was 1 or 2 takes.

lawlz, now I feel pressured.

It's a really solid track actually. I can't remember the old version exactly, but I'm pretty sure it's better fast. All my songs are slow.

Guitars are low in the mix, and those cymbal crashes make me laugh.

You are definitely becoming a better musician and vocalist though if this was only a couple takes.

Thank you. I kinda wanted the guitars to be lower in the mix than normal. To show off my super-keyboard-riffage in that bridge part. And nothing quite as amazing as digital drums via Reason. But yeah, the old version was about 20 or 30 bpm's slower. This is actually a lot closer to the speed the song was when I wrote for my band at the time. It's just a lot more polished.

reminds me of a early reggie and the full effect. It's a nice song.
