I love both of their voices. But listen to what Sherri says at the beginning of this video that a member named Shelly posted. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ut9DUk307IE _________________ we're really not alone, we have each other |

I used to "sing" in local cover bands and my throat would start hurting after a long night of high notes too. I never did any vocal exercises or training though. Playing in smoke-filled dives while drinking cold beer with little or no monitors probably didn't help either heh. _________________ we're really not alone, we have each other |

I took a video last night (first night of the acoustic tour in Seattle) just of the part where Chauntelle sings during I Could Be There For You, although I missed the first 2 seconds cause I wasn't ready. You can't see much but you can hear her pretty well. She was so great. I got a video of almost all of Go Away too but Youtube says it's too many megs. http://youtube.com/watch?v=DWoQrW0fW08 |

http://youtube.com/watch?v=DWoQrW0fW08 She sounds so good! Please tell me the Rhodes was there. Did you take any pictures? I want to see the setup before I see them on Thursday so I can pick a good spot. _________________ I know how I was born and I know that I have no choice. Ten Cent Blues Oh my, I actually screamed the most stupid girly scream I' ve screamed, jumped over the room, and finally sat again to say thank you for posting this. :] And oh, it's so beautiful. The bridge, the bridge... Come Clean sounds great, especially the beautiful bridge part. And Chauntelle sounds amazingly pretty in ICBTFY, I wish there was a video of the whole song though! |
