lol... the link I gave was to Radio & Records "Going For Adds" section of their website. That section tells what songs are "going for adds" on radio stations for the current week. Radio & Records in general has charts and stuff for the top songs plays on radio.

Eisley is going for adds on Triple A stations.

Current top songs on Triple A stations include Colbie Caillat, KT Tunstall, Snow Patrol, Decemberists, Feist, Lifehouse, Green Day, and more.

This is the only place I could find to see what your local Triple A station is:
http://www.radioandrecords.com/Formats/RadioLinks/TRIPLEA_Links.asp

There is also http://triplearadio.com and they have Eisley listed on their Going For Adds section as well.

Hope that helped.

If not, you can check out their "About Us" section here... http://www.radioandrecords.com/Aboutus/profile.asp

thanks Mister_Pine,
that was very helpful and informative.
So, basically, "going for adds" means that if the station list it, they will be adding it to their play list? Tell me if I understood things wrong.

your welcome. yeah basically "going for adds" means that all radio stations in that category are adding it to their playlist. For this, all Triple A radio stations are adding "Invasion" to their playlist.

I always listen to the radio at night, cause I can't fall asleep without music in my ears...I usually listen to KROQ 106.7, and it was like 1 or 2 a.m. in the morning and the VJ was playing all these bands with chick singers, and I was half asleep when I realized he was playing "Come Clean". Then a couple songs by different bands later, he played "I Could Be There For You". I was like wtf? hahah. I know he was talking a little about Eisley too but I was way too tired to comprehend.

But I'm going to start calling KROQ and requesting "Invasion". Peeps who live in the L.A. area, you guys should do the same!

nuh uh, Kroq is the last rock radio station in LA I would expect to play Eisley, they only play mainstream stuff, I said i was going to call yesterday but the day flew past me, i will call soon though, actually all the LA radio stations, I'll try calling tommorw and request Invasion as a VBirthday present from them to me. i called the current and requested eisley again. the dj said they'd had another request it and that she'd play it. she goes off at noon and it's 11:30 so she said it might be tomorrow before she can. i also told her about conan and she said she always talks about t.v. performances on the air. yay! so if you read this, you can start streaming and maybe hear eisley. otherwise it will be played tomorrow during the first half of the day.

Yes, the "Triple A" station info really turned things around for me on this topic. I never listen to radio and have only heard of major (crappier) stations.

I wrote several of those stations and requested "Invasion, or basically any Eisley you have", so I'll see if I get results (in the meantime, I am actually listening to some of these triple A stations online, and you know....some of them aren't too bad! I even completely forgot my beloved alma mater's station).

Wow, you guys are doing amazing. I can't wait to tell the band...they just landed back in the US, so I will be talking to them soon after they get through customs.
They will be so happy to hear you all have been calling the stations for them.
Thanks everyone!

Okay, thanks to Mr. Pine I have a better idea of which direction to run.

I have emailed several stations and will start making some calls in the morning.
