Hey guys this is my first post here althought I've been a fan for awhile now. I was just wondering if any of you have heard anything for a new music video for Eisley. I would like to see the band do a video for "Taking Control" or "Many Funerals."

Hi welcome to you!
You should first tell us who you are in the Newbies Thread, top of the page.

Concerning videos, apart from the new Invasion video (which I don't have any updates about) I don't really know if there are others. Sorry.

Nothing has been announced. WB were supposed to do a new version of the "Invasion" video for promotional use, but nothing has come of it. And there's been no discussion of what the next single will be.

As the tour winds down, hopefully they will have time to do a video (and hopefully WB will back it). Would like to see them on my television set. Smile

The current video for "Invasion" is on this AOL Music on Demand channel on my Television. It was so weird watching it on TV. But cool.

I live in SoCal and I have never seen an Eisley video at all. Maybe because I really don't watch any of the music channels anymore because today's music is "eghh", but I would love to see a new vid from them. Hopefully they will post some news about it. Thanks for the replys.

If you have never seen an Eisley video at all, a few can be found here: http://eisley.com/gallery.php

Supposedly, Steven's Untitled Rock Show has been playing "Invasion" a bit... that's what one of my friends say at least. I think the band, their management, and WB were happy with the viral video enough that they decided to just stick with it. After all, it's a freaking rad and beautiful video!

I'm crossing my fingers that they're next single is Taking Control. I think that's one of the most radio friendly and marketable songs on the album-- my sister loves it, which speaks volumes. Lol.

If they decided to stick with it, fine. I just wish they'd do something with it. Confused

Is there anything left to do with a video these days other than sticking it on Youtube? Why the heck are they wasting their time and money?

youtube will bring in diehards, and the occasional surfer, but not much else (unless you're on the front page). Come to think of it, why did WB throw that New Year's greeting on the front page for a week or so, and not the video for Invasion? Confused Which was more important to the band and their promotion???

Everyone seems to think that Taking Control (or one of the more upbeat tracks) should be the next single, which I guess I can see. I really think Come Clean would make an amazing video, though. Ah well... I hope it's not Many Funerals.
