Does anyone remember when Boyd talked about the band playing Sundance? Does anyone know if that's still happening? Also, I read in a press release that they're playing SXSW this year as well, does anyone know if that's true?

i don't remember exactly where i read it, but i remember having read him say that they were opening for an acoustic set of the foo fighters on the last day of the festival. i believe it was the 26th, and it was called something like "where movies meet music."

Oh wow, The Honorary Title and Mêlée are involved in this too? Nice. I still maintain that an Eisley/THT/Mêlée tour would be epically great; easily the three best bands Reprise has to offer, and each of whom put out a stellar album this year.

Everything at Sundance seems so exclusive and elite and scary.
I mean....I thought it would be cool to go to the festival too, but I looked into it and it is nearly impossible if you don't shell out TONS of cash 4 MONTHS in advance for these special ticket packages.
Lame.

Me, too. I've been promoting the Melee concert like mad. Kilby Court, Salt Lake City, May 23 at 5:30 p.m. Smile

I have no idea how the events work for Sundance, so I kinda gave up. I have a feeling it would be an expensive venture, if you can even still find anything. But if anyone can tell me otherwise, I'd love to go.
