I'm going to try and see them when they come to Austin in October. I'm pretty sure it will be amazing to say the least.

btw, about The Fray, are they still around?? I mean like, still a band, still releasing cds?

According to Wikipedia, yes.

Does anyone know when their new cd comes out? I just checked Wikipedia and it doesn't show a date, all the discography thing says is title: TBA and date: September 2008. Well, it's September, wouldn't you think there would be an actual release date by now?

I'm a big fray fan myself and I've heard anytime in the next three months or so, they will release their new album. Eisley actually did a short tour with them last august('07). I hope they tour again sometime! two of my fave bands Very Happy

Has anybody heard of the band Malbec? Richard Gibbs produced their debut album which came out this year. They aren't that popular yet, but I would love to see them open for Eisley. They are a small rock band from Los Angeles. You guys should check them out on their myspace. I can see them tour with Eisley.

Try the new Genius on itunes. I "geniused" eisley and got a playlist with....

Vedera, Simon Dawes, Wesley Jensen....old news right?

how about,

The Watson Twins
Mates of State (man that'd be a great great show. I don't see how they're playing with santogold on the tour their on...I thought Eisley played with mismatched bands)
Georgie James
Midlake

Genius knows all...who they've toured with, who they've been influenced by, who they like, who's album they've sang on, etc.
