oh man i hate my middle name. but its Yeana (pronounced Yeh-Nah) it's korean, my mom made it up. my dad got to choose my brothers first and middle name, and my first name and my mom decided she reaaaaallly wanted to give me it. Roughly translated it means something like "jesus is my god" or whatever. the Yeh is from the Korean word for Jesus, and the Nah is Korean for me. ironically enough, i'm agnostic, so.. the name really doesn't apply to me. My middle name is Ellen after my mama Ellen Jean =o) So I'm Katelynn Ellen but everyone calls me Katy. I like my middle name but I'm not too crazy about my first name just because it's become so common. My mom wanted to name me Sydney after my grandpa Sidney whom I never met but my dad didn't like it and Katelynn was pretty much the only name they could agree upon =o/ |
