Good to hear from you! My younger brother has Type 2, and he has gotten really good with his diet, and it shows. He's having some trouble with it right now, but he has turned it around dramatically. He feels like a new person compared to a couple of years ago, even if there are still struggles. I'm confident he can get it even more under control, too. So it's definitely possible! I guess as far as tips I have picked up from him: Preservatives seem to have a negative effect on his blood sugar, and caffeine converts into carbs. He has saved a lot of sanity by discovering loose leaf tea, which has low or no caffeine, and is very healthy, but also tasty. Anyway, I'm rambling. I will continue to pray for you, and for your strength through this trial. I'm so glad to hear you're doing better! There's been a lot of serious illnesses around me lately and when I heard you were sick as well, it made me wonder what kinda crazy thing was going on with the world! To hear you're doing better makes me very happy.
