Monday's are music day on Twitter, so let's try and help Eisley gain a following there. Find a link to your favorite song or video, tinyURL it and post it following #musicmonday @Eisley. Try and use any other key words which might generate more link searches with a brief description of the song. Eisley also has a Twibe, which is basically a fan page. This picks up all tweets posted by members who mention Eisley on their own twitter pages. Twitter sure is weird, but I think I get it. It is all about the links and the tweet pick-ups and retweets. I believe Twitter search is supplanting WIKI for quick info. (for Twitter users, that is) How are you all? I am older and dumber. The other day I hung up the grocery bag holding my bananas on my banana hanger and put the bananas in the cupboard. Much love to everybody! |

Is there really a banana hanger? that you hang bananas on? 
I'm not well right now and want my sister to get better... to be able experience more love ... would be just amazinggrandandwonderful.

Hm, maybe if we make a fill in the blank form for people to drop various Eisley links into, that'll get 'em motivated. If we still have even part of our ability to make noise on polls and stuff, Twitter shouldn't be too hard to get some word out on. RT = retweet. Ah haaaaaa, now I get it. Haven't been on there long & still learning the jargon. RT still means Rotten Tomatoes to me. What do people search for though? And why? Search can be very good for networking and also for asking specific answers. Searching finds you all tweets which mention the key word/words in your search. If you twitter search Eisley, you'll see real time and past mentions within the context of a full tweet. It is kind of like a live chat, but with strangers. This is especially interesting for breaking news stories, following a baseball game or something, watching a great TV show, or checking out trending topics. |
