Here's what I can make out of the lyrics so far: Oxygen Mask You're a ray, ray, ray of sun Beaming ray But now you're turning gray Don't tell me what you think I've been meaning to say, okay. Rainbows, and setting suns They are coming to the darkness When we were one. Oh, I can't believe its happening to me Oh, I can't believe its happening to you. You're a vision of truth And that's what I love Gimmie one more chance. Got me breathin' through an Oxygen Mask Gimmie one more chance. Oh, you remember me ???????? And all the poetry convinces me You were stolen from ????? But now we are crawlin' And I'll never get the chance to say what it means. To have you my love???? ???? You're a vision of truth And that's what I love Gimmie one more chance. Got me breathin' through an Oxygen Mask Gimmie one more chance. You're a ray, ray, ray of sun Beaming ray But now you're turning gray Don't tell me what you think I've been meaning to say. Very nice. Thanks! I think "crawling" is "crumbling", but I can't be sure. |

Excited u guys are excited about another song. From the beginning I loved this one. I guess all i was talking to Nora about was minimizing the widespread downloading of the hacked-out file. Anyway, great comments; appreciate you guys. Thanks! p.s. hopeful that we'll get pre-sales going tomorrow. Wish we could speed up the entire process; starting to wonder if we'll have anything held back. _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. This is what I hear... *Updated* You're a ray, ray, ray You're a sunbeam ray But now you're turning gray Don't tell me what you think I've been meaning to say, okay. Rainbows, and setting suns They all come into the darkness When we were one. Oh, I can't believe its happening to me Oh, I can't believe its happening to you. You're a vision of truth And that's what I love Give me one more chance. Got me breathin' in through an Oxygen Mask Give me one more chance. Oh, you remember me Doubled over on the floor, we start to read And all the poetry convinces me You were stolen from the waves at sea But now we are crumblin' And I'll never get the chance to say what it means. To have you my love depend on me To live all those days so joyfully You're a vision of truth And that's what I love Give me one more chance. Got me breathin' in through an Oxygen Mask Give me one more chance. Oh, oooh, yeah. Why do you run? Cause you're a vision of truth And that's what I love Give me one more chance. Got me breathin' in through an Oxygen Mask Give me one more chance. So a vision of truth And that's what I love Give me one more chance. You've got me breathin' in through an Oxygen Mask Give me one more chance. You're a ray, ray, ray You're a sunbeam ray But now you're turning gray Don't tell me what you think I'm meaning to say. _________________ cynlovescandy wrote: kulvir wrote: I bet R. Good call on the "Doubled over" cause I knew that "Double oh" didn't make sense. _________________ cynlovescandy wrote: kulvir wrote: I bet R. Kelly approves of peeing in the shower. The world is R. I have yet to listen to smarter or this one. I guess I am waiting for the album as a whole. but I agree with Oli (oddly enough) that it is if you have the song. But here is what I came to say. sometimes I wish Eisley was more famous. Because if this was Coldplay or U2 or any other band, then the full album would already be out there to "peruse" if you will, if you know what I mean. Sadly this is not the case. relax I am only joking. Though I would download it. But buy it too. as I said in another thread I have the cd on preorder on amazon as we speak. and i plan on buying the vinyl too. so that means i would have boughten all three of eisleys full lengths twice (room noises vinyl and cd. Cominations regular and LE. Valley vinyl and cd). _________________ Wil's excellent description of me. wilsmith wrote: You're the Anti-Censorship+Topless Twitpic Parodying+Youth Group Video Directing guy that's a champion for the 1st amendment, Videogames as Art, and unrepentant file sharing... olimario wrote: Then why give it to a radio station that posts the unprotected mp3s? Maybe they didn't know The Edge did that? Anyways, as a former Radio DJ, I used to get promo copies all the time well ahead of albums releases. In some cases shelved albums go out to radio, and the label has to ask that they be returned. It's a trust thing, which is harder since things have gone digital. I still write reviews and interviews on occasion and have gotten some pre-releases Digitally. As a professional it's your responsibility to protect that content and not allow it to be distributed. The learning curve for digital protection is above the entry level skill required to cue up a track on a minidisc or digital music player, which is all radio does anymore. That said, I'm going to stream this, and give it a listen, as I might with my own local radiostations, who don't play Eisley and enjoy. If this was 20 years ago, I might cue a tape in the deck and hit record. It wasn't legal to do that, and I didn't understand why (or have money). I have no excuse now. It's a morality call for the individuals once ignorance is overcome. BTW, make sure you guys call in to any station in your area that MIGHT play Eisley (or email) and start requesting these songs, cause airplay does matter. Some people still listen to or stream, and movements have to start somewhere. Exposure beget sales, or songs and tickets. Anyways, I'm hearing the song right now. So WELL Put Together! Weston is killin' it if no one else noticed Ahhhhhhhh... blissed out. Won't listen to it again unless I hear it on the radio or I buy it. Relishing. And yeah, that's a good radioshow. _________________ yup, that's my name. FOR YOUR RATING PLEASURE: 4 LIKE Buttons, 1 NEUTRAL, 1 VEXED, 5 DISLIKE buttons.
