Darren and Stacy arrived in town late last night and we are going to get started rehearsing shortly. Some of you asked if Stacy's portion of the set is also going to be filmed for a DVD, and the answer is yes. It occurred to me last night that all of you have yet to hear any of Stacy's project. I think we may be able to post a song or at least a clip of a song on here before the show. So be sure to check back tomorrow. Sorry to be brief, we have a busy day, but an exciting one. Thanks for reading!

Very Happy

Exciting!

I Facebooked Stacy yesterday and asked if she'd mind me recording her set. No answer yet. If it's going to be filmed for a DVD, I'm torn. I know that'll take months, but still.

Well, considering his album is about to come out, I don't think the turnaround on the dvd is going to be as long as it may seem. Also, it's to his advantage to include Stacy's songs as it will boost sales for him I'm sure, and serve as a buzz builder for their project and Eisley. Win-Win-Win situation.

I wonder how their EVR contract deals with solo projects, guest spots, etc.? They did quite a bit of guest spots on WB - I just happened to buy a used copy of The Elected - Sun Sun Sun with Stacy on it.

You guys. Razz

Between the incredible venue and possibly having an orchestra behind her, she's definitely going to sound topnotch. I doubt I'll have a chance to get a soundboard recording, but I'm going to record audio on my iPhone, as it's marginally better than my pocketcam. I hope to get something decent out of that.

I'll bring my camera, too. It's actually got pretty decent sound and I can't sing along cause I don't know the songs, so I might as well! Smile

I'm so excited for this show. I can't even explain, but I'm also excited for other things when I'm in Springfield. Gonna be a fun trip...

He deleted it... So maybe no music...? I'm guess not because she won't even let her sisters hear it. Who knows.
