Then Twitter did a drive by on Facebook, then Instagram carjacked Twitter, but didn't see the baby in the backseat when it pulled off, and freaked when it started crying and ditched the car. The NEW myspace reported seeing the abndoned vehicle with a baby in it on the side of the road, but when authorities arrived they'd left the seen, no trace of their existence. _________________ yup, that's my name. Am I the only week 1 still posting regularly? There was a generic message board before this. Was it Geocities? The type anyone can sign up for with an ad at top. Quiet Company (the early incarnation) had the same type of board. Speaking of, I looked at the Eisley Wikipedia page for the first time in a long time and I think all mentions of Taylor Muse are gone. I wonder why. _________________ I am Torgo. Statue of Limitations? In all seriousness, I haven't looked back on band history in a while, so I don't remember this or not, but of the "Official" Eisley recordings under the name Eisley (vs. Mos Eisley) how many did Taylor Muse appear on? I may have read about it once, but I sure don't remember now. Hard to believe it, but Jon Wilson has become a fading memory too. I loved his work with the band, but that has been, what 7 years in the rear view? Time flies. _________________ yup, that's my name. Man, 10 years. I'm really happy this place is still around and people are still using it, even if it's fewer than in its heyday. _________________ "The revolution starts today, not tomorrow." :: got g-Love? |

I've been having good fits of nostalgia lately. ha ha. Also, that's odd that the Taylor Muse references have been wiped. It's no secret he was a member, though I can't recall if any songs he was a part of were on Room Noises (the lack of writing credits and the complete absence of complaining I've ever heard would back me up). And he was long gone by the time they had recorded any of them for the album. But still, people need to be better with their history. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

Pre-Facebook I think his band did a thing where you could ask questions, so I Messaged him on MySpace and asked if any of the early songs were written about him, and if he and Sherri wrote anything together. Your response made me sign in to MySpace for the first time in a long time and look it up. I don't know if I should copy and paste it or not. Would that be controversial? I don't really see a reason for him to make it up, but it would be interesting to ask Sherri the same question and see how they line up. _________________ I am Torgo. *pops champagne* I recently passed my 5th year anni as member, so that's half of its existence. And I was a on-and-off lurker for 2 years prior to joining. That's a lot of brown and green. It hasn't always been this color, has it? Or am I imaging a blue scheme once upon a time? _________________ http://www.twitter.com/drstrangeblog http://www.last.fm/user/getinline I can't find the time to write my mind the way I want it to read. |
