Okay so I just want to say that Room Noises is a wonderful album, but also has anyone noticed how durable the freakin thing is?! Two reasons proving my theory.

1.) When I first bought the album it was snowing outside and such and I literally brought it everywhere with me just so I knew I had the option of playing it whenever I pleased. So I was off to school one snowy, cold, and wet day, I was caring the cd with my books so I didn't really pay much attention to it. So I played the cd in my car, and sang along yada yada went to class, fell asleep, day dreamed about how much I wanted to be listening to eisley, then I climbed into my car to only find that my cd insert was missing!! "Ahhh" I went and looked all around my tiny vehicle for it, still nothing. So I give up and drive home and as I'm pulling into my drive way I see the poor little guy in the snow, semi covered in it and all wet. I pick him up and apologize to him for dropping him and blow dry the heck out of him with my hair dryer. I closed my eyes, because I was scared that he might be ruined. Then I opened my eyes and to my surprise he was in tiptop shape. So yeah my point is that all your Eisley Cd's will last FOR-EVER (repeat 3 times like Michael 'Squints' Palledorous from the sandlot).

2.) Oh and the other thing is that I ALWAYS scratch the heck out of my cd's...don't ask, it's all accidental. I've had my cd from the day it came out and it's still playing beautifully for me.

So yeah .... Embarassed
Okay I’ve said too much, everyone take care

I actually noticed that a couple of days ago. I thought, "hmm...this CD is like heavy duty strong." Room Noises seems to be thicker than my other CDs or I'm just imagining it... It is well prepared to stay in my room. Most of my CDs are all over my night table, not even in a case. Scratches aplenty. It's only because I love my music collection so much.

sandlot, good movie...not sure they needed to make a 2nd one what, 15 years later....

oh, the CD is defiantly heavy duty, my dog (labrador, big dog) stepped on it like four times, after knocking it off the table with his tail, not break or anything, thank god, probably would have died....or bought another, but for like 10 minutes i would have some issues...

I dropped a new cd the other day on the way out to my car. It was like watching it fall in slow motion. It slipped out of my hands, fell slowly to the cement ground, bounced on it's side over and over again, and then landed - upside down. Not a scratch to be seen. It's those little things that just make my day sometimes.

One time I was driving with jansch8 (dude on the forum) and he was joking around with me pretending to throw randoms cd's out my window while I drove and he picked up my Mae cd and chucked it right out! It was accidental, because of the wind I suppose. His reaction was so funny that I wasn't even mad.....but you better believe I had a new Mae cd within the week. Wink
