i haven't been able to check all the posts/videos Boyd has done, but i wondered which songs he's mentioned that they worked on for the new album.

especially pre-Room Noises songs like Sun Feet, etc, but any you can remember would be great...

thanks in advance

I don't think they used any old songs. Here's a list of some of the new songs.
I think Invasion, I Could Be There For You, Taking Control, Like The Actors, and Many Funerals are all on the new album. If no one else goes into further detail you could always check out Boyd's journal yourself.

Marsh King's Daughter was mentioned a couple of times.

There was a nice new little tune called We Feel Good that the band played during the Final Noise tour, but which Boyd has recently confirmed will not be on the album. There are still a couple live recordings of it though, like this one;

Also, a song called, Go Away appeared in one of pre-production images, but we haven't heard anything about it from Boyd or the band, and it could very well be retitled, eliminated, or shipped to Spain by now.
