hi! I want to do a band recomendation, they are MEW and they are from Denmark and their music influences are My Bloody Valentine and Dinosaur Jr. They are a coll kind of indie music and I´m sure you will enjoy them and for the ones that already know them you can say they are pretty good.

If you want to know them better enter this site:
www.mewsite.com

and then post your thoughts of them here and tell me what do you think!

I think there's a fair number of people around here who are in love with them, myself included. Can't wait to hear their new one.

I heard about them awhile ago, then some Danish kids came to my house and I was like, "CHECK OUT THIS BAND!"
And they were like, "Um duh, they're Danish."
And I was like, "NO KIDDING?"
And I went to Denmark and got their CD.

It was a slow process. But I made it sound like I was amazing super person or something, didn't I?

Danish exchange studnets came to my town.
One stayed at my house.
We had a Danish party.
I talked music with one of them.
Our school offered Denmark as an intersession trip.
I was like, "COOL"
and I went.

The end.

I dig Mew. I hope their new album won't cost me 25 bucks like the last one, but I'll still buy it if it does. Laughing

I haven't been there yet but it sounds cool.
And if it weren't for Eisley, Mew would be my favorite band. That new cd needs to come out already..
