Waterloo Records at like...5:00 or something? Live show, of course. I don't know what their sound system is like. Hope for the best...and mainly just plan on some hang out time...meeting the band if you want, etc. Will anyone show?

Also, live radio show earlier in the day....not sure when. UT college radio? We show up around 11:00am for that...

Thanks.

Maybe we'll see some of you Austin peeps.

Boyd

do you know if its KUT or KVRX? KUT is on UT but is actually the Austin NPR affiliate i think, and kvrx is the station with just students running the show.

And according to the waterloo site i believe that the band is scheduled to go on at 7pm

i will try and be at waterloo records, its only a bus ride away.........Also, while you are there you should check out Book People, a pretty cool book store across the street from the record store

Keith,

They're going to be on KUT
( http://www.kut.org/ for people who want to hear it streaming tomorrow ) 12PM CENTRAL TIME.

This week on Eklektikos with John Aielli

John is on vacation.
Jim Caligiuri will be at the controls on Thursday. At Noon, he'll be joined by Eisley for some of their precocious pop. The young Tyler, Texas-based band will be playing an in-store at Waterloo Records Thursday evening.

Woo! Thanks for that link. I was bummed that work is keeping me here (In Nacogdochhes), but now I have a chance to hear it, at least.

They sound excellent! I came into it late, what was the song before " I wasn't prepared"?

Wow. I got to hear 2 songs. I went to the site right after Boyd sent out the newsletter.

Shocked

It's only 12:45pm and I've already had a mini Eisley "concert." This is going to be a good day.

To my knowledge, they played:

1) Sea King
2) Laughing City
3) They all Surrounded Me
4) I Wasn't Prepared
5) Memories

Great show.

Very enjoyable set. "Sea King" seems like a standout to me, is it new? I've not yet heard it until today.

I think they changed the name, because the lyrics seem the same as Musical Seeds (now that I take the time to look at them again). I heard Memories, but my dinky computer speaker might be messing me up, though.
