I don't know if this has been asked before, and if it has, sorry about the bother. Can anyone give me a rough estimation as to when we might see the new material in stores?

Thanks.

perhaps this sort of information can be found in the faq, but i was wondering about this as well, and about what sort of benefit recording an ep first would carry if you've already attracted the people that count.

I downloaded most of their songs. I would buy their CD but usually 15 yr olds don't have cash. So I guess I'll wait for my father's walelt to be fulled. But I was wondering, is eisley going to take a new approach to their new cd a more upbeat approach or a more punk. I like to see artist's take different approaches each time. It makes things more exciting.

maybe its because its late over there, maybe your just joking, but i suggest you stop with disparaging comments towards brits and the french (not the first post you have done this).

if eisley wants uk fans i dont think the way forward is for their us fans to take the p@#s out of us, joking or otherwise.

Perhaps EPs are a cost-effective way to experiement with different sounds/styles that they're thinking of using on a CD. putting together a CD seems like it can be a pretty time consuming process, and one that can also be expensive. so it'd prob be nice to have more than just a rough idea of how you would like it to sound and flow together.

and hey, there's nothing wrong with Punk. Blink 182 has definitely gone stale for me, but Dude Ranch is one of my all-time favorite albums to listen to when I'm looking for stupid and mindless songs that make me laugh every time i hear them. but i just don't see Eisley pulling off the punk sound - but that's definitely a good thing.

yes, putting together a full-length is time-consuming, but then, putting together an ep and then a full-length....

AMEN!
At some point....a "joke" is no longer a joke, but a poke.

EISLEY is very excited about the British fans, and any other's.
I'm sure GIRTH is joking, but I have felt the sting of those comments too, so let's try to be a little more sensitive.

Thanks!

punk would make them more mainstream, but it really would take the magic out of their sound and make them generic avril clones...

which would eliminate the point of them existing, i think it'd be better to stick to their sound than sell out like that

Even though I don't really listen to alot of punk. I like some. Punk isn't dead. It's still born Confused . Yeah I'm not sure if that made sense. I currently have my ears bleeding to emocore.

Smile if and when (personally I think it's most just a matter of when than if) Eisley does a UK tour, don't forget to include a couple dates up in Scotland. plenty of folks up here would enjoy the sound, and Glasgow and Edinburgh have some pretty decent club venues.

Eisley remind me of Travis at times....so Scotland would be a fine place to go....

you haven't heard punk until you've heard Tragedy. they are the definition of punk. no label. no airplay. can't get their cd's at any store. yet they are a big band. thats how its done if you want to be punk.
