 Post subject: My Lovely (Live) from Atticus contestPosted: Sun Oct 23, 2005 5:52 pm 
I just wanted to make a thread about how enjoyable this mp3 is, as the quality is fantastic. I wonder if this track was 'expertly mixed' by Boyd and Co., and perhaps the date and venue of where it was recorded would be a good bit of info to know as well. Also, this is one of my favorite songs to hear live, as the drum riff is powerful and Sherri's soaring vocals is clearly present. Unfortunately, I can't make out Stacy's keys. On the plus side, the basswork is great, and Chauntelle's guitar sounds eerie and charming. For those who didn't sign up, just go here to download. |

i signed up for the atticus thing and got the song- originally i didn't like it. it sounded so different than all the other live tracks i have gotten from OGG. it was so much better sounding (as in a better mix) that i didn't like it. but i've grown to love this version, too. i agree with you about stacy's keys. and the bass. and sherri's vocals. yea, when was this recorded? |
