Eisley music has some really good bass parts. It really adds to the feel of the songs.

In "Head against the sky" the bass adds a lot of power to the song. In "Tree Tops" it creates a mysterious feel during the break, especially the live video version.

One of my favorite parts is in Telescope Eyes right at the end of Sherri's guitar "solo" just before the final chorus. There's a really cool bass part there. I can hear it better on the Telescope Eyes EP than on the video. When that song is played live do you get to crank up the bass a little and let it stand out there?

I guess John wrote most of the bass stuff. Are you getting to write
the bass parts for the new songs?

Just curious, and if Garron doesn't get to this does anyone who has seen them live and is a bass fan know about the telescope eyes question?

EDIT: Garron answers this near the bottom of page 2. Between here and there there's just some dart throwing

Send Garron a private message with all this and you are probably more likely to get a reply from him.

Yes I thought about PMing him, but then I thought a question on the forum would maybe get some appreciation for the bass on the songs, and if a thread about the best weatherman or the best artificial fruit flavors can generate a couple of pages maybe something about Eisley music could too.

I must inform you then that you thought wrong. Very wrong.

No, I agree. And either could be an effective way to get him to reply about your questions. I am just saying PM, too.

no, no, no, no, no. I agreed with you, srstacy. Thread is a good idea but also PM. Ben and I have seldom agreed on anything. But, yeah. He was being sarcastic.

You are like the wanna-be mod who didn't get selected. Oh, poor you.

I can't ignore you, The. the board has become somewhat bland. Sophie says we need to have more fighting on the board and I'm seeing her point. Thanks, Sophie. And I can only converse with Andie so much. So go for it (or not).

Oh, I have to log off and go home now. I'll check in later. C-YA

Ben has a lot of good points. He is just sincere, but has never been taught or learned tact.

You responded to my post with tact, The_Sympt0m responded tactless.

No biggie, me thinks he just likes to see discussions about himself.

You both are like wanna be mods.

So humourous.

Is either of their real names Matthew? "Oh, you humor me today"

Actually I like both of them, they help keep this place interesting.

Yikes this post has quickly gotten off topic. Now I know Garron will never answer it. He'll probably just give it to Boyd who will put a lock on it and file it away into the abyss.
