I was cruising around on ascap.com checking up on things to play on my school's radio show, so I popped in Eisley in the search bar. When I read Eisley's list of songs, I ran across some names of tunes I hadn't heard any mention of before. I checked 'em out at ogg, but didn't see them there either. (I might've missed it, but oh well. I'll ask this anyway.)

The names I saw were "Dancing," "Pitch Black Room," "The Dragon Song," and "The Fourth Song."

Anybody know anything about these guys? I'm not looking for a recording or anything. Just curious to see if there was any sort of background info on them.

Veeeeeeeery interesting. I bet "The Dragon Song" became "They All Surrounded Me." As for the others, I haven't the foggiest. Good find! Smile

Back in the day Eisley commented on my myspace with the following:
'Somebody is sure you love
"the cat's pajama's".

thanks for everything no

Someone has mentioned this somewhere before ... I'll have to look when I have a moment later. Unless someone beats me to it. Confused

Oh, I'm sure I'll get a nice litte, "if you only searched for this topic you'd find it at....." Rolling Eyes
That's cool with me, though. I'm sure I'd find whatever info on this stuff people will point out interesting.

Question #2, probably also a frequently asked one..., is Eisley's stuff available for radio play on, say, a college radio? Or would one need to get their permission for that?

They've been played on WMUC before. A bunch of times actually.

I found one a while back called "Enchanted Sleep" I think... wasn't a hard find. Found it when I was looking at Internet Archives of eisley.com under lyrics or something

This is all I've seen on that song. I think I saw this awhile back, too.
