Strangeyellowpatterns.com needs a gear page. So, you people who pay attention to what they play and stuff should post what they use. Very Happy

I have what Garron plays from his mom. That's about it.
"He plays a vintage Precision Bass (circa 1973) with Seymour-Duncan quarter pound pickups. Ampeg SVT Classic Bass head and Ampeg cabinet with 8 - 10" speakers."

it's kind of hard to get the exact specs on a lot of things just from looking at pictures, but maybe i'll see what i can do about figuring some of this stuff out later on. still, even seemingly little things like pickups make a huge difference, and yet are often difficult to impossible to detect (for instance, i wouldn't have known that Garron's bass had Quarter Pounders — and a Precision Bass with Quarter Pounders is quite different from a Precision Bass with "normal" pickups.) this is why it's really best to ask musicians themsevles, or those who know them (or their instruments) personally, because otherwise you're just making (poorly) educated guesses. still, again, i'll see what i can do, tommorrow, after i get some sleep.

I think The Wurli should be on its own, as I'm pretty sure it's not actually just Stacy's (I could very well be wrong, though). Though she is the one who played it live in the 4 years I've been a fan. (Only 4 shows in 2004.)

And the Yamaha guitar on Sherri's gear list I think is played primarily by Chauntelle now.

Dude! Laughing Why didn't I try that when I was looking for specific OGG pages and didn't want to plug in my backup hard drive?

Yeah, it's kind of sad. But if you saw the trashing that thing has taken, you'd probably feel better, too. ha. That thing looked brand new again in 2003-ish, and if you look at it up close, it's beat to heck.
