So I have been working at this restaurant in Austin for more than a year now. Every once in a while someone from Tyler will come in and sit in my section. Turns out they're all like the Children of Greenwich. You can practically pick them out of a line up every single time. We have a bartender from Tyler and her best friend came into town today. A couple of weeks ago I had a table of fair-haired kids from Tyler. Then we have our beloved band Eisley. What is the deal?! Is there some crazy genetic experiment going on in Tyler? How can everyone from Tyler be cute? I'm telling you there should be an X-File about this. We do make 'em good in East Texas ... however, we don't always make them ... not scary. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

God Bless No, most of the young people go off running and screaming when they graduate from high school, leaving mostly old people. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

That actually makes a lot of sense since I have only seen these cute people outside of Tyler, having never been to Tyler myself. Are the old people cute? Sometimes old people can be cute. I'm not sure. They all have families so I don't pay too much attention. Or if they're really old, they drive really slow. And still dangerously. I sure paint a nice picture of Tyler. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I live north of Dallas, so Tyler is only about 2.5 hours away. Maybe, in the interest of scientific experimentation, I should drive over on saturday morning, park myself in a local starbucks, and make a list chronicling the relative attractiveness and/or age of the day's patrons. On second thought, that sounds relatively boring. Maybe somebody who lives in Tyler should do it, and save me 5 hours of drive time. Definitely worth it. Jamie's husband lucked out... _________________ Scriptozoology, a screenwriting blog .. Facebook |
