Friday, July 20, 2007 angelinos darts is an amazing game that can, (during the brighter moments) lead you to believe that you have a God-given ability to throw the silly things better than the guy next to you. This feeling is replaced with the idea that the game is simply chance and your volitional choice has nothing to do with it. Last night, we threw a final round (it this the correct nomenclature?) of darts and I was struck by a genius freewill-predestination metaphor in the game of darts. Maybe it just seemed that way because it was 2:30 ish... people are wonderful. LA traffic can go to hades for all I care, but I sincerely love some of those angelinos. last night, talking about grace with great folks meant a lot to me. a friend and I went to go say hello to the eisley/ fray folks. I hadn't seen the eisleys in a long time and I had forgotten how much I love them! if they come through- be there be square... more great folks. so before darts I fought vince vaughn. Actually I didn't. Didn't even come close. But in retrospect, I think we stole his chair by accident. With no ill will, of course Other music to know about: hank floyd. Noah, you rule. and so does your carpeted floor. the daylights: prepare yourselves for awesome with a capital AWE. To everyone who has to deal with LA traffic more than I do- I would like to extend my sincere condolences. I am so sorry. Hope that vivian's french press and a breakfast burrito can make it up to you... _________________

OMG he's in a Christian band but he said "Hades" so he must be dabbling in the occult!
