Oooooh, good question... I'm guessing what you mean is that you'll be converting the song to an actual MIDI file rather than using the MP3 itself. I'm fairly sure (but by no means certain) that's okay provided you credit them on your site - put a little legalese at the bottom saying the song is by Eisley, blah blah blah Warner Brothers, etc. This makes me wish Boyd weren't so busy so he could respond to legal-type questions like these.
