 Post subject: "Invasion" on 1310 the TicketPosted: Wed Aug 15, 2007 10:35 am 
Hey! My dad called me about two minutes ago to let me know that Eisley was being talked about on 1310 The Ticket (an AM sports radio station here in Dallas). I ran downstairs to turn on the radio, and when I tuned in they had "Invasion" playing while they were raving about the song. The segment of the show is known as The Hardline. From what I heard, they basically said how "special" the band and their music is. One of the DJs said he picked up their new album and watched the video for "Invasion" - which he both loved. He also said "Invasion" seemed to be produced really well, and loved the voices of the singers. They also said they could hear "Invasion" being sung by other big pop stars (Kelly Clarkson, etc.). I guess they were trying to point out how it seemed like it would be a big pop hit? I thought this was pretty cool, and I thought I'd share it here. |

oh i wish i could listen here in Memphis. We need a good Alt. station. All we got is stupid Country, Rock, Top 40, AC, and cRap... and one of the worst Christian stations I've ever listened to. _________________ - Anthony |

Cool. A friend of mine listens to The Ticket religiously. In fact, she unnecessarily wakes up at 5:30 every morning just to listen. I think that's nuts. I can imagine few things that would make me WANT to get out of bed at 5:30... and a radio show isn't one of them.
