Sherri's voice is a little more delicate, mousy, meek, innocent, etc. All completely wonderful. She has this way about her...You can tell that she's really having fun with it. Stacy has a seasoned voice. It is swooning, and a little haunting at times. She has the resiliance to go from low to high, all in the same note. She also has an amazing ability to shift her pitch rapidly, pivoting such as a talented R&B artist. Sherri's range = Soprano-Alto-Tenor Stacy's range = Soprano-Alto-Tenor-Baritone Because of that difference, Sherri tends to take the high road, while Stacy takes the low road. Of course, that's different per song...Per part of song, really. It's always different, but I suggest watching youtube videos and really listen to when they're singing solo. Observe any differences, and apply that to their harmony. Upon first listening to Eisley, Sherri's voice really grabbed my attention. As soon as that happened, I had the oppurtunity for Stacy to reaaallly surprise me. After that, I was a bigger Stacy fan (with equal respect for both.) _________________ My name is David Roy Marsh. I've been listening for about 4.5 years now and I still have trouble. I guess I don't have a very discerning ear. The only time I can really tell is when both girls sing different parts separately within the same song. Only then is it obvious to me. It's weird how I have trouble doing the same across songs though. Oh well. Don't feel like less of a fan for having trouble. I certainly don't. _________________ "If you're a ninja, every day is like friday." -Jamie M. |
