AIM: wbrchicago (Jordan) E-mail: wbrchicago@aol.com Warner/Reprise has a branch here in Chicago, and this is the contact info for one of their reps. Mind you, this kid is a student intern and probably files papers and has nothing to do with anything, but I'm sure he can at least look into it. Just don't tear him apart and make him want to cry. That's what the salaried people are for. P.S. If I get an internship at WB, this will be my first order of duty. |

also: this is a direct link to the WB customer service email, which i found pretty difficult to locate... http://www2.warnerbros.com/web/main/help/customer_service.jsp i think it'd be a good idea for a bunch of us to do this. they need to know that there IS a fanbase for eisley, and that we're freakin' pissed. and also -- how the heck are people gonna be able to get into the band when they can't find their freakin' CD anywhere?? |

WMG has three distributors as far as I can tell...WEA, Ryko, and the Alternative Distribution Alliance. The second two are for independent distribution, so I'm assuming there are issues with the Warner/Elektra/Atlantic Corporation. "WEA Corp.'s E-Commerce department works with online and traditional retailers for all commercial, digital and wireless transactions on behalf of WMG's U.S. labels. The department develops and delivers sales and marketing programs to promote WMG's artists to online retailers and other partners. Headquartered in New York, WEA Corp. has regional offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York and Minneapolis." FOR THE WIN: Contacts: Amanda Collins WEA Corp. 212/275-2213 She's listed as a contact regarding the distribution company in the article here: http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060908/0161318.html The e-mail link is there as well.[/b] |

Pwn - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia It's quite common in online gaming. I think this is the first time I've seen it spelled with an 'a' though... _________________ ====..FreeFall..=================SIG==================..FreeFall..==== Sephiroth: I will... never be a memory! --- Everything changes when you say it out loud. |

Before the Conan appearance, we need to combine our efforts and do a few things: 1. Complain to WB about availability issues. 2. Post alerts in every possible music forum. 3. Go to our local music stores and INSIST that they stock Eisley before the 30th. 4. Call the Conan ticket switchboard and try to get tickets to the show. No way you will get them, but they keep records. I couldn't find the viewing numbers for Conan, but if even 5% of them buy Combinations, I bet that is a heck of a lot. Anything else? |
