I like just about every song that I've heard from Eisley so far. But if I had to pick an absolute favorite it would be Trolleywood. It's just so catchy and makes you feel good. It's also the song that made me check out Room Noises when I heard the song playing at Barnes and Nobles.

That's a tough one:

For me, it jumps between Laughing City/Sunfeet/Just Like We Do/Ten Cent Blues/Wings and Windows/Lady Get Away.

Depending on what I'm listening to I guess.

I can't really decide a best. I don't think it's possible? Personal favorites, sure. But now that list is getting so muddy. Over the Mountains and Sunfeet mean a lot to me. Now most of Combinations has moved up that list of favorites, too. All of it, really. It's so hard to tell. ha.

Silver Bugs for me, that song combines every element that makes Eisley so Eisley. The fantasy, the romance, the melody, the harmony, the keys, the fuller almost-but-not-quite-rock sound... I'm still heartbroken it never made it far Laughing

That's way up there, too. I can't wait for their rarities album/box set. They have to get super big just so they can have one of those. Laughing

It's near impossible for me to pick...there's so many that are "top" for different reasons, when I'm in different moods.

For instance, I could pick "Marvelous Things" and "Sunfeet" because those songs, no matter what mood, I almost can't ever skip if they come on. Laughing Then again, songs like "Memories," "I wasn't Prepared" and "If You're Wondering" make my heart skip at certain parts. Love Then of course, "I could be there for you" one can't help but groove to that one.... But then I think "Ten Cent Blues"...how can one not marvel at how a common topic (if I understand what the song is about) can have such a complex description. Laughing

So yes, can't pick. Wink

Oh, man.

It's too hard to pick a favorite out of them all! If I name one, I'll have to name another, and then another, and so on.

On the new album, though, I will say, that "Ten Cent Blues" has gotten many plays. Laughing

It's between Ten Cent Blues, Brightly Wound, Golly Sandra, Trolley Wood, Vintage People, and Many Funerals. If these songs were to grow limbs and fight each other to the death, then Many Funerals would be the obvious winner, that's a fierce song.

Oddly enough, though, the song I get stuck in my head the most is Combinations.

But I sure haven't heard a song from them that I didn't like.

At first I wasn't so sure if I'd be into it, but after the second listen I was, and shall remain, completely hooked!

It's impossible to pick a favorite, but I really love "A Sight to Behold," and "Marsh King's Daughter." The latter makes me glad I get all of my music through iTunes.

everyone seems to be in love with it but i dont see whats so great about it. i mean its not a bad song by any means and lyrically its a really good song, but i dont think its the best off the album.
