So, I was in Barnes & Noble today talking with one of the sales people when all the sudden "Many Funerals" starts playing. I was surprised and happy. Then when I was looking at some other books "Invasion" started. Yay! And when I was leaving, "Taking Control" was just starting. I asked the cashier and she said they have a few cd's they have to choose from. Suffice to say, I was glad they decided to play Combinations. _________________ Please, Missus Henry, Missus Henry, please! -Bob Dylan |

The last time I was at my Barnes and Nobles they were playing Combinations too. Also I had my first exposure to Eisley thanks to Room Noises being played at Barnes and Nobles. By the time I heard Trolleywood I knew I had to get my hands on the CD. |

I was actually going to post about this. I work at a B&N, and they played the entire CD tonight. It is so much better than a lot of the other crap we have to play sometimes. _________________ "I shall take the heart," returned the Tin Woodsman; "for brains do not make one happy, and happiness is the best thing in the world." |

In June when we had our Classical music on sale, we would also play some choir that sounded like a bunch of eunuchs. And they sang "Silent Night." It was very bizarre. _________________ "I shall take the heart," returned the Tin Woodsman; "for brains do not make one happy, and happiness is the best thing in the world." |

I always at b&n so it aint a problem for me i didn't mean it was a problem. i spend a lot of time there as well, it just seemed kinda funny to make a special trip to b&n and spend an hour there solely to hear combinations being played over the loudspeaker, when you probably have a perfectly good cd player at home. _________________ Facebook & Twitter & Blog(ish)-type thing |
