Just a thought... I think it'd be sort of neat if they recorded a Christmas song and just released in on Myspace or something. (Because it would be beautiful... ) Nothing huge or time-consuming...just low key like they did for Ian a while back. I'm not a Christmas music hater or lover, but I think it would be fun. _________________ No one sensible believes in ghosts anyway- that's because they're all such liars. |

Definitely a great idea. I would love to see an Eisley version of Christmas Hymn. I know they had that live track from church a few years ago, but it is very low quality. And I am tired of seeing the "Winter Song" on Christmas albums. _________________ http://apturnofftheradio.blogspot.com |

i think mcr i had a christmas song... who needs eisley when we have mcr... I was thinking about this the other day and how on this next tour there should be a cover song of some kind. I don't think I've heard Eisley cover any song during a show. |

How about a non-holiday/religion specific song? it doesn't even have to be a christmas hymn, but just a song like, "Let it Snow" or "Baby, It's Cold Outside", something like that, or just some kind, Eisley can't worry about offending one person either, i'm not saying they should, but they are avid christmas celebrators, it's part of them. and you wouldn't have to listen to it if they did, just sayin'... tahruh wrote: patrock wrote: Jew thinks it's a bad idea. patrock wrote: Jew thinks it's a bad idea. How about a non-holiday/religion specific song? No problem. They can do a song for every holiday that's celebrated in the world. Officially recognised holidays, that is. Even Eisley would be hard-pushed to write a song for every holiday, including Eye-patch day, No Pants Day, ITLAPD, Towel Day, Opposite Day etc etc... _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? I don't think I've heard Eisley cover any song during a show. And I agree, I'd love to hear Eisley play a cover every now and then. I thought about it a lot when they only had one full CD out and had to cycle between a relatively limited number of songs. It doesn't hurt that they all have great personal music taste, so it'd be pretty near impossible for them to cover a bad song. _________________ |

And I thought you were atheist at one point. Are you now embracing the Jewish faith? And if not, why do you refer to yourself as "Jew?" Just curious. |
