I was listening to the soundtrack walking home from school the other day and Duran Duran's "Notorious" came on and I thought, "Hey, this would be a pretty nifty song for Eisley to cover." Picture it: Stacy could write a sweet piano section to it, Garron could have fun with the bass part, Sherri and Stacy could trade off verses, Chauntelle could pitch in on the "no-no-notorious!" and Weston could dress up in 80's garb (or maybe a bunny mask) and whack them drums.

Haha. Thoughts? Any other songs you'd like to hear Eisley cover?

Oh man, I've been watching Donnie Darko nonstop for the past few days... such a good movie... Notorious is a funny song... gotta love Duran Duran... I'm partial to Tears for Fears and Echo and the Bunnymen.

I love Drew Barrymore's role. She's such a bad a.

My sister has seen it 5 times, and she still doesn't understand it.

It definitely was confusing the first time and I'm still slightly unsure if I completely understand it (I think I do...) but it was a good movie. My boyfriend bought it for me, actually.

The first time I heard "Go Away," the piano in the beginning immediately reminded me of the song "Head Over Heals" by Tears For Fears. (2nd song on the Donnie Darko soundtrack.)
I'm sure it's just coincidental, but I think it's kinda cool.

I've seen that movie several times and I'm not sure how anyone can claim to understand it. How did he travel back in time? HOW?!

Also, good catch doreen! I never realized that's what "Go Away" reminded me of!

Haha, I've seen it multiple times and I still don't get the "point" of the movie besides the obvious one: what meds can do to you even if they are placebos.

But I do like the fact that it makes you think.
